Early access · by invitation

If you've been invited, here's what you get.

Early access puts the Meeting Intelligence Brief in front of your advisors before their own client meetings, with the founders working alongside your firm.

We open a few places at a time. If you haven't been invited yet, ask. The form below is all it takes.

What early access includes

  • Six weeks inside your firmThree to five advisors use briefs before their own client meetings, with a short check-in each week and a findings summary at the end.
  • Briefs for your advisors' own client meetingsBuilt from the notes and CRM history your firm already has.
  • The Deep DiveFor the meetings that could change a relationship.
  • A direct line to the foundersYou tell us what lands and what misses, and we act on it.
  • First say in what gets built nextEach new life transition reaches early access firms first.
  • A compliance walkthrough before any client data movesYour team sees the data path and the documentation up front.

A few firms at a time, so each one gets our full attention.

Is this your firm? Where early access does its best work.

Ready when

  • A senior advisor is retiringLong-time clients are about to meet someone new.
  • You have acquired a firm, or a team is joining youTheir clients arrive with years of history your advisors have never seen.
  • Clients are moving to a team modelMore than one person now needs what one advisor used to carry.
  • You are bringing on newer advisorsYou want them walking in with what takes years to build.
  • You already use an AI notetakerYou want to see what a layer of understanding on top of it adds.

A later step when

  • You are looking for meeting transcriptionGood tools already exist for that. The brief picks up where they leave off.
  • Advice at your firm is the financials onlyThe brief is built for the relationship, and for the person as much as the plan.
  • You need finished integrations before startingWorking out what connects to your systems is part of early access. Ready-made connections come later.

What we ask of you.

  • A leader inside the firm who wants this to work. Often a founder, a chief operating officer, or whoever leads advisor development.
  • Three to five advisors with client meetings already on the calendar.
  • The notes your firm already has on those clients. A single write-up is enough to start.

Early access does its best work at a planning-led firm of roughly five to a hundred advisors, serving affluent households, with a leader who will champion it. Smaller firms and single teams are welcome to write to us too.

Early access is a paid programme. We discuss the numbers in the first conversation, and everything else, from the first brief to how it connects to your systems, we work out together there.

"I'd want this before every high-stakes meeting. And for younger advisors, I'd suggest they use it for every meeting."
